Dr. Ashley Potts
Dr. Ashley Potts grew up in St. Joseph, Missouri where she enjoyed playing sports and going to Royals and Chiefs games. After being injured playing volleyball she got introduced to, and fell in love, with Chiropractic. Upon graduating from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science she was excited to continue her education at Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, Missouri.
While at Logan she earned her doctorate as well as a Master’s Degree in Sports and Rehabilitation along with Acupuncture and Pediatric Adjusting. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Potts moved to Kentucky. Dr. Potts enjoys playing with her niece and nephew, watching movies, and going to sporting events. Recently Dr. Potts has become certified in the Dry Needling Technique, which she uses as an additional modality to help get patients feeling better. She enjoys adjusting and treating people of all ages but has a soft spot for kiddos and pregnant mommas.

Dr. Travis Ruda
Dr. Travis Ruda was born in Western Kansas and grew up in Danville, KY. He attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate degree, majoring in Agricultural Biotechnology. Dr. Ruda attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, and graduated in 2002.
Passionate about sports, he completed a post graduate certification in Sports Chiropractic in 2017. He sees the benefits of caring for everyone from elite athletes to weekend warriors. He is able to utilize his specialized training, and more than eighteen years of experience as a chiropractor to help all patients improve their everyday lives.
Dr. Ruda has been married for over 20 years to his high school sweetheart, Vanessa. They have two boys, Caden and Zdravko. Together, they live on a small hobby farm, where they raise goats, sheep, and chickens. In his spare time, Dr. Ruda enjoys playing golf and rooting for the Kansas Jayhawks.

Dr. Darryl Gregory
Dr. Gregory is a chiropractor who has practiced in Kentucky since 2001. He initially practiced in Lexington for 20 years before moving to Bluegrass Chiro in March 2024.
Born in Canada Dr. Gregory came to the United States to play tennis and soccer in college. He has played and refereed hockey and Soccer for over thirty years.
Chiropractic found Dr. Gregory when he was a teenager. He suffered from Migraines which prevented him from participating in one of his favorite extra-curricular activities, soccer. He tried all sorts of ways to address the problem, but it was not until he turned to Chiropractic that the headaches were alleviated enough so he could play again.
He completed his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training before continuing his education at New York Chiropractic College where he was the founding president of the Human Performance and Sport Science Club on Campus. He also participated in the Tour De Spine, a Bicycle ride from Newark City NJ to Orlando Florida to raise funds for chiropractic research. He Graduated in 2000 at which time he received the Ernest Napalitano Award for Community Service.
Since graduating Dr. Gregory has continued his community service work and has been the president of the Kiwanis Club of Lexington for two years. He is currently the president of the Lexington Amateur Ice Hockey Association.
