  • Dr Fox
    Dr. Nicholas Fox DC

Dr. Nicholas Fox, D.C. is a trained and licensed chiropractor in the state of Kentucky. Upon graduating from high school, Dr. Fox enlisted in the Marine Corps and served in the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing from 1997-2001. He was honorably discharged and began his education at Carl Sandburg College and then Western Illinois University. After Western he began his doctor of chiropractic studies at Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Fox’s first job brought him to Kentucky and he hasn’t looked back.

Dr. Fox currently resides in Hodgenville, KY with his wife Vanisa and 3 beautiful kids Makenna, Masyn and Madalynn. In addition to his degrees, Dr. Fox has extensive training in functional nutrition, Cox Flexion Distraction technique, Motion Palpation technique and Diversified technique. This knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics allows Dr. Fox to approach patients’ acute, chronic and functionally limited conditions.

The basis of Dr. Fox’s treatment philosophy is created around increasing patients’ health, wellness and improving a conscious lifestyle. He encourages patients to be involved in the recovery process by providing rehabilitative exercises and nutritional insight in addition to chiropractic care to ultimately treat and prevent further injury. When away from the office, Dr. Fox enjoys golf, going to Cubs games and enjoying everything rural Kentucky has to offer.

  • Dr Kociolek
Dr. Raymond Kocioiek M.S, ATC, D.C.

Dr. Ray comes to us from Indianola Iowa. After years of playing football Ray developed shoulder pain and his doctors wanted to perform major, life-altering surgery. Because he wanted more conservative treatment he turned to chiropractic care for help. Not only did the chiropractic care relieve his pain, it fixed his shoulder to the point that he didn’t need surgery.

After high school, he pursued his passion of helping other athletes by attending Upper Iowa University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and eventually a master’s degree in sports management from Wayne State College. While at Wayne State, he was hired as the staff athletic trainer for both the football and track & field teams. However, he still felt a pull towards chiropractic so he went back to school and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa graduating with honors and receiving research honors for his extensive work to better the chiropractic education experience. In addition to his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, he’s also a certified athletic trainer through the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.

Even though Dr. Ray is more than qualified to treat any Chiropractic condition when asked what he prefers he states, “I love taking care of athletes, especially the younger athlete, and not just spinal conditions but also shoulder, ankle, and knee problems.”

Dr. Ray is excited to be an active member of the Elizabethtown community. He has many hobbies but he particularly enjoys reading, watching sports, and weightlifting.
